Knead some time out of the house this summer?
The Bread Ministry will begin making bread on Wednesdays starting May 29th around 9 a.m. in the FCCH kitchen. All are welcome to see how the bread is made. Contact Ginny Evensen or Norm Manning if you would like to participate in making the dough.
Our two types of artisan breads are sold at the East Haddam Farmers’ Market located at Ballek’s Garden Center, 90 Maple Ave, East Haddam, on Saturday mornings from 9 am – 1 pm.
The ministry is always looking for people to help sell at the market. The bread, tent, table, cash box, and signs are available for pick up at FCCH Saturday morning. Sellers are required to arrive by 8:45 a.m. and stay until the end of the market at 1 p.m. Please contact Ginny Evensen or Nancy Soneson if you can help.
