Dr. Brian Frazier is thrilled to join the United Congregational Church of Haddam and Higganum as the Music Director, after a 14 year hiatus due to his full-time work as a school administrator.  Monday through Friday, you will find Brian at Great Oaks Charter School in Bridgeport, where he serves as the Director of Special Programs. Brian substituted at UCCHH in January of 2024 for seven weeks, then made several more appearances as a substitute musician before officially beginning on May 1, 2024.  

Brian has served as a school administrator and music teacher for the last 22 years. Dr. Frazier also held positions as Director of Music at churches in Hartford, Middletown, Rocky Hill, Bristol, East Hartford, and Danbury.  He holds degrees from Eastern Connecticut State University, University of Hartford, University of Connecticut, Southern Connecticut State University and Capella University.
