The Bread for Heat Ministry presented a check to Beck Rice, from Haddam Social Services, for the amount of $2,835.54. This was the profit amount for bread sales at the Higganum Farmers’ Market in 2024.
Since 2010, the church has made and sold artisan breads at local Farmers’ Markets and given the profits to the Haddam Emergency Fuel Bank.
